In May we came to Andrew of Leaman Murray Real Estate Group with what seemed an impossible task – to sell our income property in West End Halifax, within 3 months, in order to avoid renewing the mortgage. Not only that, but we gave him a “bottom line” amount that we needed to receive from the sale. We are here to say that Andrew got it done, and in the most professional way imaginable. Communication between everyone involved – ourselves, Andrew and two sets of tenants – was handled with curtesy and consideration, things we value highly. Right from the start, he supplied detailed information on sales in our area, and offered a choice of listing prices and strategies. He was organized and efficient, making sure that he got all the information he needed up front, and allowing us to go on with our lives while the hard work got done. He had the listing up in days, and provided regular and helpful feedback once showings began. When the offer arrived, we got to see how smoothly Andrew handled the negotiations and paperwork, via a brilliant program for sharing documents by email, that allowed us to sign and initial the various clauses with the click of a mouse in the comfort of our home. No detail was overlooked, and Andrew was always available by phone if we had questions. Throughout the entire process, we had absolute confidence in Andrew, and in having made the best choice for a realtor to see us through the process. He was a pleasure to chat with, listened to our wishes, and made sure that everything unfolded as we wished, in terms of timing and the ultimate deal that was struck. If that was not enough, he and his partner Angela arrived once the sale had closed, with a generous gift basket, to personally thank us and wish us well. It honestly doesn't get any better than this, and we heartily recommend both Andrew and the LeamanMurray Real Estate Group.

Andrew did a fantastic job of selling our house. We had already moved out of province and he was so reliable and regularly in contact to keep us up to date. Any questions we had, he had the answers. He made great recommendations and listened to our concerns. Very professional, I highly recommend his services!

My husband and I had done a lot of research prior to working with Andrew and Angela but were still debating a few things. They took the time to listen to us and ask us questions to help narrow it down. They found us exactly what we were looking for on the first viewing! We built a new house and Andrew took the time to go over the details and procedures as well as answer any questions along the way. He is very professional, knowledgeable about the industry and has lots of great contacts (the inspector he recommended was very thorough!). Angela and Andrew are getting busy but we never felt like they were too busy for us. I absolutely love our new house and I highly recommend the Leaman Murray Group to anyone looking for a realtor!·

Andrew Murray of Leeman Murray Group is not only amazing at what he does he is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I live in Toronto and wanted to invest in real estate in Halifax. I did my research into agents in Halifax and Andrew made it into my top 3, namely for the great reviews I saw online.
